Pick the Appraisal or Valuation option that suits your situation — we'll send you the document checklist.
Work with your accountant to gather what's needed — typically last 3 years' financials, BAS, payroll summaries and lease — then reply with everything attached.
Once we've received your documents, we'll send your invoice and your report is officially underway.
Our team prepares your appraisal or valuation, then we book a 1-on-1 call to walk you through the findings.
If you decide to list with Sunset Business Brokers within 90 days of receiving your appraisal or valuation, the full fee is credited toward your sign-up.
